President and Vice President meet Airmen supporting Operation Unified Response

President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden meet with Airmen at MacDill Air Force Base, Fla. UXO removal

Used smoke detectors

Used smoke detectors with Americium-241 along with plastic exit signs are being prepared for recycling. By AFRRAD recycling the base saves thousands of dollars in disposal costs and limits the amount to local landfills.(U.S. Air Force by Ted Theopolos)
