The 10,000 square-foot Fisher House replaces the Nightingale House, and it was officially opened on April 15. It has 12 bedrooms and 12 ½ handicapped-accessible and ADA compliant bathrooms. Wright B reenacts historic flight

The original flight took place Nov. 7, 1910, and was made by Wright Company pilot Phil Parmelee from Huffman Prairie Flying Field (now part of Wright-Patterson Air Force Base) to Columbus.
