Pararescue jumpers (PJs) from the 123 Special Tactics Squadron Air National Guard Unit, Louisville, Ky. staged a rescue demonstration for researchers at the 711th Human Performance Wing, Human Effectiveness Directorate (711 HPW/RH) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The 711 HPW/RH is transitioning to the Specialized Warfighter Operations Research and Development (SWORD) program, and were learning about PJs in order to provide technology to help them perform their work more efficiently. Warfighter Readiness Research Division celebrates past and future with homecoming events
As they prepare to transition operations to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, personnel from the 711th Human Performance Wing, Human Effective Directorate’s Warfighter Readiness Research Division (711 HPW/RHA) at the Mesa Research Site, Ariz., held a three-day homecoming event celebration. The celebration ended with an “Aloha” themed dinner. Attendees included division chiefs, and technical directors and advisors representing each decade that the division has been in existence.
