U.S. Air Force Fact Sheet AFMETCAL WNMR - RESOURCES MANAGEMENT BRANCH Provides resource management for the 562 CBSG and AFMETCAL Program to include staffing, manpower, financial, strategic planning and analysis, contracting, and sustainment of organizational communications and computer systems. Manages military and civilian personnel and serves as liaison to Wright Patterson AFB. Manages financial resources to include operations and maintenance and central procurement budgeting, cost analysis, resource advisor duties, civilian payroll, liaison with DFAS-Dayton, and day-to-day accounting functions. Develops policy, long-range concepts, and operational plans for the AFMETCAL Program. Accomplishes contracting actions associated with acquisition of calibration standards for the AFPSL and PMELs in the field and serves as the primary contracting officer for the AFPSL. Manages and provides communications and information systems for the Group.
