How to Apply for a Grant or Contract
Implementation Announcement:
Effective July 1, 2008, all new AFOSR grants to organizations subject to 2 CFR Part 215 will incorporate by reference the Research Terms and Conditions dated July 2008 and the AFOSR Agency Specific Requirements dated July 2008. The Research Terms and Conditions will not be applied to cooperative agreements, contracts and other transactions.
Domestic basic research grants awarded prior to 1 July 2008 will use the terms and conditions stated in the grants.
