Advises the Director and his staff on all financial and resource management matters. Responsible for budget planning, formulation, execution, and analysis in accordance with statutory and regulatory requirements for programs assigned to the Wright and Edwards Research Sites. Advises management of reprogramming and redistribution requirements and implements corrective actions. Conducts cost analyses, including cost estimating, schedule analysis, source selection support, cost performance measurement and analysis, and related analytical activities. Prepares and reports financial status to the Director.

Provides expert financial support of Air Force Research Laboratory Propulsion Directorate resources at Wright Research Site(WRS)using proven business practices, process improvements and automation to defend program requirements and protect the interest of the warfighter. Plans, manages, and directs financial execution of the WRS budget authority. Advises senior management and program managers on budget, fiscal and financial policies and issues.
