Mission Statement

Develops the Directorate's financial plan. Ensures the timely execution and oversight of all of the Directorate's financial resources to include both core and external, current and prior years monies in compliance with fiscal laws and regulations. Advises the Directorate on cost implications of programmatic decisions. Partners and collaborates with other RY divisions to assist in the tracking, management, formulation, and justification of budgets.
