For Emergencies: go directly to the nearest hospital ER or call 911.
All TRICARE beneficiaries call (937) 522-APPT(2778) locally or 1-(877) 522-3600 (if calling outside of the local area) to schedule an appointment. You can avoid the phone call by making your appointment through www.tricareonline.com.
Note: Reserve, National Guard and Foreign Nationals enrolled to the Primary Care Clinic should call the appointment line at (937) 257-9700. Options are as follows:
Option 1 to make an appointment.
Option 2 to check on the status of a referral.
Option 3 to speak to a member of your Primary Care Management team.
URGENT CARE: for your urgent care needs after hours, call 937 522-APPT (2778) to speak with and on-call medical or dental provider.
Note: On-call providers are not able to make appointments, check labs, or order/refill prescriptions.
