Provides personnel liaison services for the Group in full range of military and civilian personnel areas. Provides customer service functions between the Group and servicing military/civilian personnel offices and education/training flights. Ensures development and execution of the Group employment plan and training plan. Assists in development and implementation of policy and management control of the Group's personnel resources. Serves as the Group Security Manager. Responsible for administration services, manpower, protocol, safety and public affairs for the Group.
