Responsible for providing financial services to the Group, to include operations and maintenance and central procurement budgeting, cost analysis, resource advisor duties, civilian payroll data input and customer service representation, liaison with DFAS-Dayton, and day to day accounting functions. Develops policy, long-range concepts, and operational plans for the AFMETCAL Program. Responsible for analysis of PMEL workload data. Analyzes the AFMETCAL Program to assess its effectiveness and initiates corrective action when necessary. Manages and develops base, interservice and interdepartmental support agreements. Responsible for quality and foreign disclosure duties for the Group. Serves as the Group expert and liaison concerning PMEL facility requirements.
