About Our Division

In addition to student accounting, the Registrar Division also schedules classrooms, studies student data for trend analysis, and produces reports, transcripts, and certificates in order to support school and alumni endeavors.

Registrar Training Technicians reserve lodging, coordinate bus transportation, and arrange dining hall access as well as other logistic concerns for over 6,000 students annually. TDY Students are still required to confirm reservations at the Wright-Patterson Inn.
Book Distribution

Book Distribution coordinates the issue of all student materials to include textbooks, student handouts, and instructor materials. They also schedule and manage classroom and auditorium space.
Training Coordinators

Training Coordinators work with Air Force Career Field Managers/Consultants, Course Directors, and Instructional Systems Specialists to establish or revise USAFSAM courses. They develop matrices to track metrics for trend analysis of each course and generate reports for USAFSAM, MAJCOM, and Air Force Medical Service leaders for strategic planning and programming. They coordinate course resource estimates, projected needs, and build annual requirements based on coordination with AETC, MAJCOM Training Requirement Quota Identifiers, and Career Field Managers/ Consultants.
