Mission Statement
Plans, develops, and leads implementation of organizational developed (OD) within the Directorate. Teaches behavioral skills (decision making, problem solving, planning, communicating, teamwork, etc.) to workforce which can be applied to improve and mature the Directorate. Develops an environment that effectively communications at every level and builds trust and collaborative relationships between stakeholders, leadership and the workforce
