Rebecca L. Westlake is the Vice Director, 88th Air Base Wing, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.  She is responsible for assisting in managing a wing comprised of more than 5,000 active-duty, Air Force civilians, and contractor employees.  The wing is responsible for three primary missions:  operating the installation; training and deploying expeditionary Airmen in support of joint operations; and defending the base and its people.  The base is home to approximately 26,000 employees and is the largest single site employers in the state of Ohio with a $4 billion annual economic impact.

Ms. Westlake entered civil service with the Air Force in 1988. She is a graduate of Air Command and Staff College in 1997 and Air War College in 2007. She has held many leadership positions at the Wing, Numbered Air Force, MAJCOM and Air Staff levels.  Her service in a deployed environment was as Chief of Analysis and Integration to the CENTCOM Deployment and Distribution Operations Center in Kuwait.

Prior to assuming her current position, Ms. Westlake was detailed to the Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center Provisional Services Team.
