CHIEF MASTER SERGEANT KATHLINA G. RACINE

Chief Master Sergeant Kathlina G. Racine serves as the Command Chief Master Sergeant for the 88th Air Base Wing, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. As the senior enlisted leader, she represents more than 1,400 enlisted personnel assigned to the wing. The chief primarily focuses on deployment readiness, professional development and proper utilization and welfare issues of assigned Airmen and their families. She also advocates commander's policies, organizational goals and objectives to the enlisted corps, ensuring adherence to standards and mission accomplishment. Wright-Patterson Air Force Base employs more than 25,000 and hosts a major command headquarters, research and development laboratories, acquisition offices, a reserve airlift wing, and the world's largest military air museum.

Chief Racine entered the Air Force in March 1993. Following language training at the Defense Language Institute, she graduated from intelligence technical training at Goodfellow Air Force Base, Texas in August 1994. Throughout her career, she has served in a variety of intelligence and leadership positions at Air Force, joint, and national platforms. Her assignments include bases in Hawaii, Colorado, Texas and California. She has also served overseas in the Republic of Korea and Germany.
